Night watchmen, housekeeping staff, Starbucks next door.
Front desk agent very inflexible and cold.

Descent. Dishes and floors could have been cleaner but lobby was fresh and updated. Security guard and housekeepers very warm and friendly. Well lit outside at night.

It had a kitchen and the size of the room
cleanliness and location

The staff was unfriendly and the hotel room not cleaned throroughly. However, there was a kitchen and the room was quite large.

The staff was nice and tried their best.
Roaches in bathroom stirred by construction activity.

The place was under reconstruction with all of the first floor rooms torn up and no access to the laundry room. One day the whole lobby was covered in plastic and painters. There were roaches coming up in the bathroom disturbed by the construction below. This would be a nice place when done but they needed to close up and finish sooner without ruining the travel experience of their guests.

Friendly atmosphere, Room larger than expected. Was Impressed the the kitchenet.
The room next to ours were making alot of noise it lasted until 3am. Stomping inthe hall way & closing cabnets.

other than that we will rent another room the feature, we are sure that the noise was random.

Check in process is not a process. ETA's are all alike. They just don't check you in efficiently. They always have all of my information handy but for whatever the reason, it always takes about 15 minutes. ...read more
